"Anti-Fascist" Group BAMN Demands More Government Oppression
A Legal Battle between Left & Far left Over How Far They Should Go With Groupthink & Herd-Enforced Madness
Remember violent commie middle school teacher Yvette Felarca and the violent terrorist antifa group By Any Means Necessary (BAMN)? No, you don’t because they’re just an idea according to the FBI and usurper Biden and Heaven knows you can trust the FBI and Biden.
Well, you would think the “idea” of being against fascism would mean being against government suppression of freedom, right? Wrong. We were warned that fascists would come calling themselves anti-fascist.
We have a government that has been violating people’s freedom of movement, their freedom of association, their right to gather and exercise their freedom of speech in a public place they help pay for and we have these so-called “anti-fascist” groups like the Satanic Portland Antifascists using violence to violate some passive people gathered in a park and “anti-fascists” in Olympia mobilizing to confront an anti-lockdown protest.
Again, people were protesting for freedom against the government and antifa showed up to stop them. Does that make sense?
I’ve reported on those 2 examples of “anti-fascist” groups being against freedom. Here’s an other. On October 19, 2021, Michigan’s MLive reported,
A far-left group fed up with the lack of protections for students and staff as school continues amid the coronavirus pandemic is suing Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and demanding mask and vaccine mandates.
BAMN (By Any Means Necessary) national spokesperson and attorney Shanta Driver said a forthcoming lawsuit would argue state budget language banning vaccine and mask mandates -- which Whitmer signed into law, but has said is unenforceable -- is unconstitutional.
“Michigan has joined the ranks of some of the most regressive states in the country by instituting a budget which bans mandates for any kinds of vaccinations, any kinds of masks, any kinds of testing in Michigan for both public and private employers,” Driver said in a press conference.
“And this ban means that we are going to find, in particular, the young people in this state subjected to the spread of COVID-19 in the schools and then from the schools into their communities and an increased rate of death and permanent injury of young people throughout this state.”
She said the group would be filing the lawsuit within the next week in the Court of Claims or possibly federal court. Named as defendants will be Whitmer, the state health department and the Detroit Public School District school board and superintendent, Driver said.
The group plans to demand mandatory vaccines for students, school staff and contractors; mandatory masks in schools; mandatory COVID-19 testing for students, staff and contractors; and remote learning options at every school.
COVID-19 vaccines are not yet authorized for children under 12.
Whitmer previously put a school mask mandate in place, but has resisted doing so this school year. She has not advocated any state-level vaccine mandate.
Whitmer spokesperson Bobby Leddy in a statement responding to the planned lawsuit said:
“Our administration shares the same goals of protecting students, educators, and support staff to ensure that school districts can have a successful school year. Right now, the majority of students in traditional public schools are covered by smart mask policies and our administration has worked quickly to make the safe and effective vaccine readily available to all eligible Michiganders while also prioritizing testing for schools.
“Once the FDA and CDC authorize the vaccine for 5-11 year olds, we are confident that we can quickly order and distribute vaccines for younger students, which will ensure that all students in K-12 schools are protected. We are always going to support proven measures, like vaccines, smart mask policies, and testing, to keep students safe and ensure that in-person learning can continue this year.”
A spokesperson for the Detroit Public Schools Community District declined to comment.
So it’s a legal battle between the left and the far left over how far they should go with the groupthink and the herd-enforced madness. Further down they report,
BAMN also filed suit earlier this year to stop in-person summer school in Detroit. A judge in that case allowed summer school to continue, but required students to be tested, according to WXYZ.
Indeed, this “anti-fascist” group has a history of demanding more fascism. For example, back on August 3rd, 2020 BAMN (the Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action, Integration, and Immigrant Rights and Fight for Equality By Any Means Necessary) held a “Picket to Close Detroit Schools to Stop COVID19 Spread: Protect Our Children BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY” at Munger Elementary/Middle School “to inform parents and students about the danger of COVID19 spread in the schools.”
They posted,
There is one more week of summer school in Detroit. Our protests and our forcing the district to test the students for COVID19 have overwhelmingly shut down in person summer school; most schools only have a handful of students attending. But at Munger Elementary/Middle in Southwest last week we found up to 50 kids attending…
…so, they say, they have to protest for less freedom to, “PROTECT OUR CHILDREN BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!”
In case you don’t know, as a slogan, “by any means necessary” means violence. These people reject Martin Luther King Jr’s non-violent resistance in favor of Malcom X’s violent rhetoric.
Back to the present. In their report, Michigan’s Local 4 News at 6 showed video of Shanta Driver saying,
“We don’t want Michigan to turn into an other Texas or an other Florida where there is rampant spread of covid-19, especially the new delta virus and without any measures being taken whatsoever to protect public safety and public welfare.”
This report by CBS 62 Detroit mentions “a Communications and Media Arts High School teacher and BAMN! member” and “a Maybury Elementary teacher and BAMN! member.”
We are talking about a violent politically extreme group. They’ve called for murder in public, they’ve rioted1 along with other antifa, they’ve have murky dealings with illegal border crossers and possibly child traffickers and who are directly connected with NAMBLA, the infamous North American Man-Boy Lovers Association!2
Should School teachers like Yvette Felarca and these two teachers mentioned in this article be in these radical terrorist groups with connections to pedophile advocacy groups and possibly child traffickers? No, and they should not be fighting for less freedom for children either.
