Antifa claims that they only attack fascists but who do they actually attack? Who do they attack in this episode? A Nazi? A KKK member? No, a cameraman and a journalist.1
Some of you are thinking that this is no revelation because they attack cameramen and journalists all the time (I guess all those journalists are fascists right?). This time we know the identity of the attacker and he’s a high-profile Antifa, the guy who may be partially to blame for the death of Heather Heyer2.
As always, I do not know if everything I state in this article is true. However, every fact I state is supported by the sources provided. See the in-text citations and the sources listed at the end with links
Redneck Revolt (an antifa subgroup). Dwayne Dixon is standing in the center.
Dwayne Emil Dixon, a member of Antifa, more specifically, the Redneck Revolt, a professor at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, the same guy who allegedly bragged about waving his gun at James Fields in his car right before he speed away and rammed into that crowd, killing Heather Heyer on August 12th, 2017, has assaulted a journalist Patrick Howley, Editor-in-Chief for Big League Politics.3
If you don’t know who the Redneck Revolt are, well, they are a bunch of trailer trash Antifa clowns, hicks LARPing as communist revolutionaries4 and, as in the case of Dixon, soft, middle class, urbanites LARPing as gun-loving rednecks LARPing as Commie revolutionaries.
James Alex Fields of Vanguard America was arrested last summer for ramming a crowd with his car at the Unite the Right Rally in Charlottesville on August 12th, 2017 resulting in multiple injuries and the death of Heather Heyer. Dwayne Dixon, a member of Redneck Revolt, an Antifa group, was there in Charlottesville with his gun, ordering the so-called anti-fascists to block traffic.6

Dwayne Dixon also claims that he motioned his gun at James Alex Fields shortly before he rammed his car into Heather Heyers and those other people.7 Sorry, no date is provided for this video, but it has to be before March 6th, 2018.
“So James Fields, driving his Charger, slow-rolled our western perimeters. So that was Fourth Street. Several times. One time he paused right in front of me. And I waved him off with my rifle. At his last pass he accelerated a block away and he killed Heather.”
This video came from a post on Facebook by Traditional Western Man (2018-02-?). The post provided a link to the full video on Youtube, but, not surprisingly, “This video is no longer available because the YouTube account associated with this video has been terminated.”8
“I take perverse pleasure in having carried this Spike’s lower in the defense of Justice Park on August 12th. I used this rifle to chase off James Fields from our block of 4th St before he attacked the marchers to the south. Spike’s needs a good lesson in ethics and antifascism.”
I can’t verify that this post is real or give you a link to it because as Fairbanks writes;
“Dixon’s Facebook page now appears to have now been scrubbed or set to private.”
The “Spikes” Dixon was referring to appears to be Spike’s Tactical, who had upset militant leftists earlier in the day with a Facebook ad that read “not today Antifa.”
So it seems that Dwayne Dixon literally told people to block traffic in the street, to put their bodies on the line, to “get ready to get hit” and then, used a “assault rifle” to chase a car into the very people that he encouraged to bock traffic in the street.
Allegedly, this video was taken 15 minutes before the car rammed into the protesters (WhiteBoner 2018-01-14).
According to the Herald Sun, on August 27th, 2017;
“the Sheriff’s Office arrested Dwayne Emil Dixon, 45. He was charged with two misdemeanors, having a weapon at a public assembly or rally and going armed to the terror of people.”
Others were arrested for similar charges according to this article. But ABC News Australia frames it in a more humorous way, though unintentionally. They quote Dixon as saying;
“I think it’s made people have a much higher degree of vigilance, to recognize that dangers might be much closer to home than they imagined.”
He almost get’s it but doesn’t actually get it. * laughs * Yeah, the danger is a lot closer to than you realize.
Not always, but often, the Nazis or fascists, or racists are inside you, buried deep, denied, compressed where the pressure builds until you project it outwards onto a scapegoat who serves as a movie screen for your projector, but what you see out there on the other is from within yourself.
Within days, the violence in Charlottesville began to take effect on activists like Mr Dixon. Rumours swirled around his hometown that a Ku Klux Klan rally was coming to their streets.
Mr Dixon claims police were nowhere to be seen. So, fearful of a repeat of Charlottesville, he joined counter-protesters on the street with his assault rifle slung over his shoulder. The KKK never came, but police charged Mr Dixon with multiple offences.

I am not sure when, but it seems in early 2018, for Big League Politics, Howley and a cameraman went to the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to ask Dixon about his role in the death of Heather Heyer and Dixon seems to have assaulted the cameraman.9 No date is provided for the video but it was posted on February 12th, 2018 (Youtube).
I am not sure when, but it seems in early 2018, for Big League Politics, Howley and a cameraman went to the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to ask Dixon about his role in the death of Heather Heyer and Dixon seems to have assaulted the cameraman (Big League Politics, 2018-02-12), (Howley, 2018-02-12). No date is provided for the video but it was posted on February 12th, 2018.
On August 20th, 2018, Peter D’Abrosca, from Big League Politics, posted this video on Youtube, “Dwayne Dixon Assaults BLP Editor“.
“A professor at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and Antifa ringleader has been charged in the assault of Big League Politics editor-in-chief Patrick Howley according to an official report.
Dwayne Dixon, 46, of Durham was served a summons last week to appear before a judge on September 27.
A case detail form shows that Dixon has been charged and arraigned with Simple Assault.

Arrest report shows that Dixon is accused of assaulting Howley at 1 McCorkle Place, the location of the Silent Sam statue at UNC.
He will appear in Hillsborough District Court to answer for himself later this month.
D’Abrosca claims that “Dixon is a longtime ringleader of Antifa in the southeast”. D’Abrosca also reports;
Howley was reporting on the Antifa riots at the Silent Sam statue on the UNC Campus when he was allegedly assaulted by Dixon. Howley caught the incident on video.
The article concludes with this quote from Howley;
CHAPEL HILL — Current University of North Carolina cultural anthropology professor Dwayne Dixon assaulted me, Patrick Howley, editor of Big League Politics, at the Monday night rally on campus grounds that led to the tearing down of the “Silent Sam” statue erected in 1913 to commemorate North Carolinians who died fighting for the Confederacy.
Dixon is a leader of the left-wing Redneck Revolt militia group and the undisputed leader of the rally at the University of North Carolina, which drew Antifa militants from around the region. Antifa insurgents tore down the statue and committed numerous assaults that were reported and also captured on tape.
So there you go folks, Antifa, through Dwayne Dixon the guy that at least claims to have brandished his weapon at James Fields before he drove off down the hill and into the crowd of people Dwayne told to get into the road and get hit has assaulted a journalist and a camera person.
Yes, Antifa attacks the press routinely, sure. But here’s a case in which we can nail down a lot of details such as his name, face, place of employment and so on. What do you think of all this folks?
