It seems an Antifa by the name of Noah Whitefield Madrano has been arrested after allegedly targeting, luring and kidnapping a child from over 1,000 miles away in Alberta, Canada, trafficking her across the Canadian border and raping her. According to prosecutors, he also threatened to kill her and violate her corpse.
While I could find nothing from KBOO describing itself as “Antifa” verbatim, their content shows that they are Antifa.1 As shown in the footnote, the station has plenty of pro-Antifa, pro-socialist and other far-leftist propaganda and it lacks anything to counter-balance those views.
I do not mean that they are anti-fascist in the sense of being against real far-right extremism. I mean that they are Antifa in the sense that they claim to be against real far-right extremism but actually support the political use of violence/threats of violence (terrorism) against moderate people exercising their freedom of speech, their freedom to gather with others and maybe wave American flags and other moderate activities. Antifa claims that the people they attack are far-right but as my content proves, they actually attack moderates.
At that radio station, Noah Whitefield Madrano aired a recording of a man having phone sex with a girl. It is unclear if this was a skit or authentic or if the other person was an adult portraying a child or a child. It may have been his alleged child victim. We will come to that.
Out of consideration for the child and her family, I will not use her name or images of her.
The Crimes
On June 30, 2022 the Toronto Star reported that a 13 year old girl from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada went missing after taking the bus to school on the morning of June 24th but went missing after that. According to prosecutors, the girl was 12 when Noah Whitefield Madrano targeted her and he coerced her over the course of a year before traveling over 1,000 miles from Oregon to kidnap her (see the video titled Graphic: Noah Madrano Arraignment Hearinghere).

Edmonton police spokesperson told the Star that police “do not suspect any foul play at this time” and that there were no new updates on her case.
This report would be updated on July 4th to reflect that she had since been found. On July 2nd, the Edmonton Journal and the Toronto Sun reported that the girl had been found “safe” in Oregon and that a 41 year old man was arrested. The Edmonton Journal specified that it was the Edmonton Police who were charging him with child luring (in addition to other charges). The Toronto Sun wrote that the inspector told them that it was believed that the man travelled to Edmonton and that it wasn’t clear how the man and the girl made contact or how she got across the border from Canada into the USA. The Edmonton Police inspector reportedly also told them that…
Edmonton police received assistance from other agencies in Canada, as well as from the FBI and other police services in the U.S.
They report that an Edmonton Police spokesperson wrote to them in an email…
“police believe that the suspect and may have made contact with one another online.”
Police said they believe the suspect was in Mission, B.C., outside of Vancouver, for between three and four days.
Police in Abbotsford, B.C., said they obtained CCTV footage Friday at the request of EPS showing the girl at a fast food restaurant about five kilometres from the Sumas border crossing into Washington state.
When Abbotsford officers arrived, the girl and suspect had already left.
Edmonton police said the two met through social media. They didn’t identify the platform that was used, but said the online history records obtained by investigators support the child luring charge.
It’s also unclear how they managed to cross the border.
“It’s still early in the investigation to establish how contact was made between this individual and (the girl) and again whether he came here with the sole purpose of taking her back to the United States, which is what we believe occurred,” said EPS Insp. Brent Dahlseide.
“We would be speculating to say that they crossed together. But I do know that they relocated together again in the U.S. once once they gained entry.”
“My heart is full of happiness and love. We found our baby … I am lost for words about this disgusting crime,”
Also on July 2nd, CTV News Edmonton reported the suspects name as Noah Madrano as would other sources. They also reported that he is 40, as would other sources including CBC News on the 4th and the Daily Mail on the 4th and others. Some sources would report his age as 41 including KGW 8 on the 4th. However, they changed this to 40 in their update on July 5th. According to his date of birth on this Jail Roster, he is 40 and will turn 41 on October 15th.
Note that the screenshot of the roster at that time (July 7th) also details his charges as Kidnapping II, Sexual Abuse I and Rape II. According to Andy Ngo on July 14th, Madrano would be charged with Sodomy in the First Degree (Felony Class A), Unlawful Sexual Penetration (Felony Class A), Rape in the Second Degree (Felony Class B), Kidnapping in the Second Degree (Felony Class B) and Sexual Abuse in the First Degree (Felony Class B).
The CTV News Edmonton report also states that the girl…
is no longer being identified due to being a youth victim of crime.
This report contains a video titled Graphic: Noah Madrano Arraignment Hearing in which prosecutors state that in addition to the kidnapping he threatened to kill her and violate her corpse. The judge ordered him to have no contact with the girl, no contact with any minors and ordered that his bail be set for $500,000. His next court date was set for July 12th.

This report contains an other video titled Man charged with rape, kidnapping after girl found in which they state that the girl was back home with her family in Canada. In the video (of a televised report) states that Madrano, who was being held in Clackamass County Jail in Oregon, was charged with rape in the 2nd degree, kidnapping in the 2nd degree and sexual abuse in the 1st degree. Fox 12 Oregon would specify that he was being held by Oregon City police in their report on July 2nd.
They also state that he was arrested in a hotel in Oregon City and that the girl was with him at the time. They report that he plead not guilty and that the FBI and Edmonton Police Services were expected to lay charges as well.
said there are still questions about how this happened, and while he’s learned more details, he said he could not comment on them because he did not want to risk compromising the investigation.

family issued a statement to media, asking for privacy as they try to understand the events.
"No words of ours will ease the trauma that the young victim and the victim's family have endured," the statement said.
"If such words existed, we would offer them with all the sorrow and anguish that fills our hearts. Our greatest hope is that this young person and their family are able to heal, through a combination of time, support, and love.
"We love Noah unconditionally, which includes loving him even through the most unthinkable of acts. Our love does not mean that we condone, excuse, or minimize these acts — vehemently, we do not. There is no excuse for harming a child."
The Daily Mail reported on July 4th that law enforcement…
said they believed Madrano came to Edmonton shortly before the girl's disappearance, and spent at least three days in British Columbia.
The teen reportedly deleted all of her social media accounts the week before she went missing.
It is not yet clear how he was able to transport the girl across the border without catching officials' suspicions.
'We would be speculating to say they crossed the border together, but I do know that they were located together, again, in the US once they gained entry,' Inspector Brent Dahlseide told reporters during an online news conference Saturday.

"She saw her face, she saw the coverage, she saw myself and friends and family on the news report, on Facebook, looking for her," he said. "I strongly believe that is why there was such a delay in her crossing the border. She was hunkered down in certain areas, they couldn't move and that's why that was so important. He had intentions for my daughter, and I truly believe that with the help from the public and all the businesses and the media, stopped this happening and really delayed it enough time that police had time to find her."
The tweet which is from the account Bud Jackson (@TheStereoMaster) that Ngo and Nightengale reports is Madrano’s, is now “protected” and not viewable by the public but it has been archived here. The Post Millennial continues…
The only tweet that his account liked on Twitter was written by another person and it reads, “Literally at this point just admit you think it's cool for people to rape little kids.” Additionally, the profile banner on the account appears to show a nude child.
Twitter apparently allowed such an image to be publicly posted by an Antifa. Thankfully it is now a suspended account. They continue…

Madrano’s YouTube account under the username “Madnana42” also has content suggesting an interest in the violent sexual abuse of minors. A playlist on the account is titled, “Videos of teenagers literally getting raped.” The only video on the playlist is a Marilyn Manson music video of “Heart-Shaped Glasses.” Actress Rachel Evan Wood, who was 19 in the video, alleged this year that the sex in the 2007 music video was non-consensual.
Madrano’s YouTube account described the playlist as, “A barely legal Evan Rachel Wood (13) getting raped on camera by a guy twice her age.”

The Antifa Radio Station That May Have Aired Child Porn
In the footnote, I show how the FM radio station KBOO, based in Portland, Oregon has lots of pro-Antifa propaganda and nothing to counter-balance this and that therefore it is fair to describe them as an Antifa radio station.
On July 4th the Edmonton Journal reported about Madrano’s connection to the station. They note some announcements by KBOO on Twitter regarding the man they refer to as an “on-air volunteer” that we will come to below. But he actually worked at the station as an on-air radio show host and producer for years, according to the “projects” section in his LinkedIn. The Edmonton Journal states…
Madrano is listed on a podcast app as the producer and co-host of a program that aired on KBOO.
Other sources, including the Daily Mail, would report that he was producer and co-host of his show on KBOO. The Edmonton Journal also reports…
The program’s most recent episode — since deleted — features a segment in which the host pretends to have phone sex with a teenage girl.
A girl’s voice can be heard on the recording, but it is unclear who she is, or if the voice has been altered or simulated. Postmedia asked Oregon City Police whether the agency is aware of the recording but did not hear back by press time.
In response to an email from Postmedia, KBOO board vice-president KatMeow Garcia, who uses they/them pronouns, condemned content advocating abuse of minors and said the station was not aware of the June 13 segment before the show went to air.
They said the U.S. Federal Communications Commission has “strict guidelines” on explicit content and that KBOO requires volunteers to take yearly training on the regulations.
Garcia added the station has not been contacted by law enforcement and that management have been instructed to fully co-operate with any investigation. The “volunteer responsible for the programming” has been banned from the station and the episode has been removed from the station’s online platforms, they said.
“Though this is very triggering for myself and many other survivors at our station … it is important for the health and well being of our listeners and community that we do as much as we can to investigate and do whatever we can to mitigate harm,” Garcia wrote.
Postmedia also reached out to the person listed as the show’s co-host but did not receive a response.
Note the irony of these folks with their Antifa content announcing publicly on a corporate social media giant that they will comply with the state.

A LinkedIn page for a person named Noah Madrano lists him as the developer of a podcast that it says airs on KBOO. A Google search for the podcast's name returns results pointing to a page on KBOO's website, but the page appears to have been deleted.
KGW reached out to KBOO for comment, but has not yet heard back.
I developed and currently host the monthly comedy/variety/performance art program Sub-Human Intellect Theater, one of several rotating radio theater programs which air on Monday nights on KBOO-FM. I devise segments and episodes thematically and logistically, write plays and other performance pieces, book guests and other vocal performers, conduct prerecorded interviews, direct voice actors, and mix/edit the audio for broadcast. I run the board and mixer during my show while performing other required duties (such as answering the phone, playing promos/underwriting carts, monitoring and admitting access into building), and manage the show’s social media accounts.
That first link in the quote above from his LinkedIn goes to a Facebook page for Sub-Human Intellect Theater or @SHITradio. From looking at the posts of episodes of the show, it is apparent that Noah Madrano and Karen Green go by NoMad and Bird Girl. Karen Green is mentioned by name here and Noah is mentioned in numerous posts. In the community section, one can see content from a Karen Green.

Madrano had a long relationship with KBOO radio lasting over a decade. He was a program committee chairperson for the station from 2012–14. His show, which launched in 2012, uses the slogan, “Making radio sound like a child's play.”
KBOO broadcasts far-left political content and one of its main membership programs is called the “Fight Fascism Power Pack” which gives donors a flash drive with access to content from violent group Rose City Antifa and Portland Antifa members, Alexander Reid Ross and Shane Burley. Here is an example of the station’s pro-Antifa propaganda. Notice the guest makes the usual claims that the Proud Boys and Patriot Prayer are far-right fascists, even while stating that Patriot Prayer champions free speech as if this supports their view that Patriot Prayer are fascist. Again, they acknowledge, without realizing it, that Patriot Prayer’s views are opposite of fascism/Antifa by acknowledging that Patriot Prayer is motivated by a concern for freedom while maintaining that Patriot Prayer are fascist! Doesn’t this mean that (in their view) Antifa is anti-freedom and Patriot Prayer is pro-freedom? At any rate, the host is not in the least bit critical of any of this Antifa propaganda.
Here is an other example. Starting at about -57:00, both the host and guest express some pro-Antifa sentiments. Their episode Interview with Rose City ANTIFA(archivedhere) is entirely one-sided. They have an episode called Police Shooting Victim in Eugene Identified(archivedhere). This concerns an Antifa by the name of Charlie Landeros who, on January 11th, 2019, went to his daughter’s school in Eugene, Oregon with a loaded gun, extra bullets in his backpack and more in his pocket. Children were attending at the time. There was some contention over his daughter’s enrolment there and his custody of the child following his divorce from her mother. Police were called to remove him from the school. He struggled with them, pulled out his gun and fired it wildly while wresting with the police. Again, this was at a school with children present. The police shot and killed him. Video of the incident is available on my channel on Bitchute. One can hear a child screaming “Dad!” during the fatal struggle. I had a detailed report on Wordpress before they cancelled it. But here it is archived.

The school contacted Charlie regarding their child’s safety, and Charlie went to the school to ensure the safety of their child.
Charlie was shot multiple times by Eugene Police Officers, several feet in front of the main entrance to the school.
Host Rachelle Dixon will be speaking with representatives of Rose City Antifa via phone to discuss Antifascism as well as recent actions in Portland. They will also share their thoughts on the bill Ted Cruz introduced to declare groups like Antifa terrorist.
As it turned out, she spoke with one person representing Rose City Antifa, but the point is that this interview amounted to Antifa propaganda.
