According to reports below, after he was struck with blunt force and stabbed, alive or dead, he was burned, but not entirely, and his body was found some time after. Ironically, as we’ll see, it seems this Antifa who was burned, maybe to death, tried to burn someone else in a riot, maybe to death.

dropped the most serious charges against Joseph Robert Sipe, the *ALLEGED* rioting terrorist who *ALLEGEDLY* threw a giant Molotov cocktail at police in Portland last night. Charges of First Degree Attempted Murder, First Degree Arson, First Degree Attempted Assault, and Attempt To Commit A Class A Felony, which all fall under Class A and B felonies, were all dropped. Only the Class C Felony charges of Riot and Unlawful Possession Of A Destructive Device remain.

But a law enforcement source with knowledge of the investigation said Sipe was wearing different attire than the person seen in multiple videos hurling a Molotov cocktail that bursts into flames in front officers about 10:30 p.m.
The Multnomah District Attorney’s Office on Thursday night said “law enforcement continues to conduct investigative follow up to determine exactly who threw the Molotov cocktail from this incident.”

Court papers at that time identified Sipe as a homeless former Marine with schizophrenia and an arrest warrant in Georgia for aggravated assault. He posted bail on September 29, then failed to appear for an October 2 court date, according to authorities, resulting in a warrant being issued for his arrest.
Portland police have identified Antifa rioter Joseph Robert Sipe, 23, as the victim of a gruesome homicide in May who was found burned at a homeless encampment.
On May 25, police were called because a woman had spotted a human hand sticking out from under the wood in a fire pit at a homeless camp in Northeast Portland. The hand turned out to belong to Sipes's cadaver, according to authorities. Upon investigation, it was discovered that he had been stabbed multiple times. The cause of death was ruled to be blunt force or sharp force trauma.
Police later found and apprehended Aaron David Christopher, 41, nearby in the 6500 block of Northeast Halsey Street. Christopher was arrested and charged with felony second-degree murder and felony first-degree abuse of a corpse over Sipe's death. Christopher pleaded not guilty and is set to go on trial in August 2022.

Riot-related charges against Sipe were still pending at the time of his death. Sipe had been charged with one count of riot and one count of unlawful possession of a destructive device in connection with a violent Antifa riot on Sept. 24, 2020. The Portland riot was organized in response to a grand jury decision to pursue a lesser charge over the police-involved death of Breonna Taylor in Louisville, Kentucky.
According to court documents, Sipe admitted to lighting the wick of a Molotov cocktail and then launching the device behind a line of uniformed police officers as cops moved along Southwest Main Street. He was initially arrested for four felonies including first-degree attempted murder, first-degree attempted assault, first-degree arson, and possession of a destructive device. A federal hold was placed on him to avoid immediate release. All but the last initial charge were dropped. A source with knowledge had told The Post Millennial those charges were dropped because investigators couldn't verify the firebomb's landing spot.
Sipe was pleading not guilty to the felony riot and felony unlawful possession of a destructive device charges before the defendant was declared deceased. Sipe had missed court dates on Dec. 8 and Dec. 15. and again failed to appear at the hearing on April 20. A bench warrant was ordered on the same day in April.
According to local outlet Oregon Live, Sipe "had come to Portland from Georgia, where he had a prior assault conviction, about nine months before his arrest and had been experiencing homelessness. He had also been diagnosed with schizophrenia and had substance abuse issues, according to court records."
I am not celebrating this death. I would rather that he were healthy, alive, happy and beneficent or at least benign. Sadly, it may be that the same malignancy that attracted him to Antifa ultimately got him killed - mental illness.
Though people are to be considered innocent unless proven guilty, this may be a case of a murderous man being murdered before he can murder.

As far as I know, this would be the 8th Antifa killed in America in recent years.
Firstly, there is Heather Heyer who was killed at the Unite the Right event in Charlottesville August 12, 2017, ironically by a different kind of national socialist than June Knightly, but a socialist nonetheless.1
Secondly, Charlie Landeros in Eugene, Oregon on January 11, 2019, wrestled with some police, pulled out a handgun, fired it off wildly and was shot and killed by those police.2
Thirdly, Willem van Spronsen allegedly tried to blow open a wall at an ICE detention center and was killed by police on July 13, 2019.3
Fourthly, Conner Betts, the Dayton Ohio mass shooter was killed by law enforcement. He was Antifa.4
Fifthly, Sean Kelliher was killed, seemingly by an other Antifa.5
Sixth was Isaiah Jason Maza, Jr. who, apparently was killed on January 31, 2020 in Portland, Oregon (see my upcoming report, subscribe).6
Seventh, Michael Reinoehl was killed by law enforcement after killing Aaron “Jay” Danielson.7
Eighth was Joseph Robert Snipe, reportedly, who was killed some time in May of 2021.
Ninth was Jacob Camello AKA Andrea Mun AKA Spoon whose body was reportedly found stabbed and burned in Portland, Oregon.8
Tenth was June Knightly who was allegedly shot to death by Benjamin J. Smith in Portland, Oregon, February 19th, 2022.9
Eleventh was Cameron Taylor who was shot, possibky by a fellow antifa, on Augusty 28th, 2022 in Portland, Oregon.10
Antifa has killed Aaron “Jay” Danielson8,Lee Keltner9, the an unnamed teen in the CHAZ10, and of course the Dayton shooter, Conner Betts (whose social media we archived that showed he was Antifa11) reportedly killed 9 people and wounded 17 others.
